When you get to the bay bridge toll plaza, it is light so far. There have been no major problems driving through. Were also looking at Contra Costa County. Southbound 680 that looks okay. We just found out pg e is making progress getting the lights back on . Yes. They had actually left for awhile and then they just came back. I dont know if they had to get more supplies. This tree actually fell right on top of the power poles snagging the lines here. Nearly 400 homes in this neighborhood are without power. Since friday more than 150 people have been impacted by outages. As of 4 00 this morning 2300 without power. I was bagging and then the power went out. There was a few people in here. And we pretty much just closed after that. Reporter most of the outages are expected to be restored by later this morning. Pg e brought in crews from oregon, washington, and arizona to help assist with all of the outages from this storm. We have been told that it wont be until 4 00 later today that this situation is resolved. You can see that it will take quite some time in order to repair everything that has been damaged.
