A south San Francisco Police Officer remains hospitalized this morning after he was hit on the head with a suspects skate board. The incident happened before 2 30 yesterday afternoon. Someone flagged down police to report a suspect was causing a disturbance. An officer tried to chase him down causing the suspect to stop and whack him over the head with a skate board knocking the Police Officer unconscious. Officer rushed to the Trauma Center with a major head injury. Another officer did catch the suspect identified as 28 year year old booked in the san mateo jail on attempted murder of a Police Officer.
