Lottery Officials Say the ticket was sold at the handy variety Convenience Store in watertown, massachusetts. Just six miles northwest of boston. Population 33,000. Theres only a single Winning Ticket meaning unless the buyer was part of a pool one person or family can claim the entire prize. A scenario players all over the nation say they dreamed about. Well, Tropical Storm harvey is headed toward the texas gulf coast this morning and could become a hurricane before it makes land fall sometime tomorrow. Harvey is slowly moving northwest with sustained winds of 45 miles per hour. A hurricane watch is in effect from north of Port Mansfield to the pass. Folks along the texas coast are stocking up and boarding up and building up sandbags. Its expected to produce 15 inches of rain causing coastal flooding and in texas a state of disaster has been declared in 30 counts. Residents along the coast are being urged to seek higher ground.
