Jen . Good morning, Police Sources do tell us, they did make arrest overnight. A 28 year old man, has been charged with rape, as of right now, though, police are not yet releasing the suspects name. Detective say they have arrested the man depict in the this composite. After 26 year old woman was physically and sexually assaulted inside her Center City Apartment this weekend n newlyreleased surveillance video, man can be seen parking and locking his bike on the 1900 block of spruce street, before approaching the victim a local doctor. The suspect puts his hands around the womans waist. Investigators say, she was then threaten, forced into her apartment, where she was repeatedly raped. The suspect then made off with her keys and cell phone. Yesterday, police questioned four men in the case, all live in a house, on eighth and moore streets. Police sources say
