Sitting between frontal boundaries, part of the reason for. That will today as a result of the fact that were sitting between systems essentially, could you see little fog develop out there. You are going to need two separate factors to play into that. First and for most you need light win. You also need the moisture. Plenty of moisture to work w see some of the clouds, little thin vale of cloud cover out there, but all do you have do is zoom it out once. You can see what is still yet to get here, and that is a very potent cold front. Now at this point, looks like the brunt of Severe Weather is going to extend as is this mars east, no further north than virginia. Were also experiencing little change, earlier this morning, we were pretty quiet out there, but as you will notice behind me, thats 95, and now finally starting to seat rush. Now, two things to mention, first, long stream of delay that you see right there with all of the headlights, that would be the southbound side of 95, moving out of the northeast, and then making its way down toward center city. So already seeing rush hour. But, on the northbound side of 95 princeton avenue onramp, dealing with a accident, and of course dealing with construction on this ramp anyway. So definitely not making it an easy commute. Does seem to be Police Officer is now on scene. So, if you are traveling in this area, you will run into that.
