Temperatures, well, they are start to go rise more. We went from 69 to 70 from six to 7 00 this morning and from seven to 8 00 we have gone from seven to 73. We are slowerly warming up. Low 70s from wilmington back down toward millville and we have a land breeze that west northwesterly flow and that is why temperatures in wildwood on the beach are warmer, same goes for ac airport. Warmer there then every where else because we have land breeze. We are sitting in the mid 70s for news lots of spots. Rest of the shore points rehoboth at 72. Cape may 72. Barnegat 72. Ocean city 73. As i said northerly northwesterly wind, land breeze does mean that temperatures will be held up from time to time here this afternoon down the shore. Dew point is very low in the 60s, lots of dry air overtop of us, that is good news. As we get toward afternoon hours we will peak at 85 degrees for our high today. Were following breaking news this morning a driver is dead after crashing in the Brandywine Valley spcas facility in new castle delaware overnight. That crash caused a fire at the build to go. Eyewitness News Reporter anita oh is live at the scene this morning, anita, bring us up to date. Reporter good morning, jan that driver took out an entire portion of this building and nearly 100 animals do not have a home as a result. Take a look at video, you can see extensive damage to the building after that driver crashed into the Brandywine Valley spca here just after midnight sparking a fire. Unfortunately that driver did pass away and three cats are also dead as a result of this accident. Another one is currently in surgery but expected to survive. Now spca does need publics help and asking for any assistance in taking care of these 98 animals that still need a home, shelter meantime has both water, and smoke damage, facility will be closed, for the time being. Linda terrelli, director of marketing and programs hearsay First Responders did an amazing job getting this fire out quickly and she says december spied this tragedy she remains hopeful. Well, certainly a tragedy happening, we who three lives overnight really heart break ing we were lucky that the car crash in the vet side and not shelter side of the building. Tragedy for a philadelphia family after a six yearold little girl drowns in the motel pool this happened at nantucket inn and suites in the 4100 block of ocean avenue knew in wildwood, new jersey. Girl wondered in the deepened before she was found unresponsive, people staying at that motel tried to give that little girl cpr but she died at the hospital. Officers say drowning does not look suspicious. Meantime a twoyear old girl is hospitalized after falling from a homes second story window this happened around 7 30 yesterday evening in the 800 block of north marco street that is in West Philadelphia the toddler fell through a window that did not have a screen. She was taken to Childrens Hospital of philadelphia there is in word on her condition this morning. People in philadelphias brideberg section are on edge this morning after a burning body was found near a garbage facility early saturday. New police are investigating this as a case of homicide. Reporter homicide Investigation Underway in the brideberg section of northeast philadelphia at 5 00 in the morning just outside this recycling garbage facility a body was discovered on fire. It is very scary, very scary especially with our kid here, it is shocking. Reporter People Living in the nearby relatively quiet neighborhood are in disbelief over discovery but also frightened by gruesomeness of this crime. Investigators say around 3 45 in the morning workers at the quick way transfer station heard what they know to be gunfire, initially theeari fire works, and then an hour later one of the workers saw flames in the front lot. As that worker called 911 and went to extinguish flames it was realized what was burning was a mans bullet riddled body. That area is remote unless you had are from around here, you wouldnt know that is back there. Reporter this lot near orthodox and headily street where burning body was found cannot be seen from the main road, in part, because all the way around it is covered by over grown shrubs and trees and there is almost no lighting back here. Residents are calling for this isolated area to be addressed by the facility or by police. Maybe surveillance, maybe hiring security guard. Reporter late to go because it is dark back there. This crash happened just before 11 00 last night at south 58th street and kingsessing avenue, threequarters were involved, three people were taken to the hospital in stable condition. Police have not said what may have caused that crash. And take a look at these pictures this morning they show aftermath of the crash in the dunkin donuts, this happened after midnight in the 2600 block of egypt road in montgomery county. No one was hurt, police are trying to figure out what caused this crash. A man is dead after police say he crash his note or cycle in the back of the truck, the accident happened just after 3 00 oclock saturday afternoon at 17th and the parkway. Officers say that the 27 yearold motorcycle rider was doing wheel stand at the time of the crash, rider was transported to Hahnemann Hospital where he was pronounced dead no word on the condition of the driver of the truck. A Murder Investigation is underway in philadelphias brideberg section after a burning body was discovered early yesterday morning. Discovery was made near a recycling, garbage facility there workers heard what they thought were fire works around 3 45 in the morning. Worker then found a burning body in the front lot an hour later. That body was also shot multiple times. Concerned neighbors say area is not well lit at night. That areas very remote unless you are from around here, you wouldnt know that is back there. Very scary, especially with our kid here. It is shocking. Investigators did find and id near that body but they have in the been able to confirm the persons identity as it was burned beyond recognition. New dramatic video this morning shows moment driver weaving in and out of the lane of traffic went off road and knock over a light pole this happened on i76 in gloucester city, new jersey on friday. The driver of the white pickup truck can be seen swerving in the right lane there, suddenly the truckings off the road and knocks over that pole and then driver swerves back into traffic, surprisingly in one was hurt through it all. This is as recently discover version, it is exact same size and sitting in the Record Office in sussex england. We came across the catalogue entry and catalogue entry said manuscript copy.
