search warrant on a sitting member of congress? how high is that bar? >> well, they would look at it to make sure that the u.s. attorney, that the folks wherever it's being conducted are aware of the sensitivity about legislative documents, because of the constitution speech or debate clause, and secondly to make sure that it's, you know, sound, they've got -- they've got what they need. remember, you can't get a search warrant unless you can go to a court and show that there's probable cause to believe that if you conduct a search you're going to find something that could be evidence of a potential crime, but, of course, we still don't know what that crime s who the potential victim is, you know, we know none of that. >> here is what i do know, we are less than two months from the democratic primary in texas. >> and we're just over a month from early voting. early voting, i think, in texas starts in the middle of february. >> right. so weeks, not months there.
