In fact, the russian government has hinted at the possibility that it was the Syrian Rebels themselves who used the chemical weapons so certainly a complex situation and whether or not it actually is determined that chemical weapons have been used it is going to be very detrimental not only to the Syrian People who reached another grim milestone, the United Nations committee for children unicef has come out and said 1 million children refugees are now making up half of all those refugees that have left syria as a result of the fighting. In addition, 7,000 children, 7,000 children of the 100,000 people that have been killed are also children.
