of ukraine, where i am now, is mostly russian speaking, they are experiencing oppression, even genocide at the hands of kyiv and the government officials there. so while there is a lot of on tow mission that macron and his negotiations could avert a war, what we've seen here is really quite troubling. just over the border we've seen a lot of military movement. massive hardware buildups. we're seeing some of the sequoia fighter jets, howitzers and that's only an hour from where i am here in karkiev. we could see military forces closing the distance very, very quickly especially because we're right near the separatist enclaves that are, again, so volatile at this moment. they're just a powder keg. >> that's a great way to describe them.
