It was only months ago during a congressional hearing when under secretary of state, Victoria Nolan responded to sen, marco rubio, asking if ukraine had biological weapons. Ukraine has biological Research Facilities which in fact we are now quite concerned Russian Troops, Russian Forces may be seeking to gain control of so we are working with the ukrainians. To explain this away, the state Department Says nolan was referring to ukrainian diagnostic and bio defense laboratories. So it seems that the government is walking a very fine line here in these statements.
