Witnesses say the little girl was 10 years old and has special needs. Her injuries were so severe she was flown here after the accident. Witness photos show the girl being flown to the hospital after the accident. Fire Officials Say the girl was at a home in owings mills when somehow a dog dragged her in the backyard. We saw this helicopter circling around. They were there as the girl was medevaced away from th neighborhood. The dog somehow got distracted and ended up dragging the girl. They were working on her for about 20 minutes before the helicopter arrived to stabilize her. The owner where the accident happened would not go on camera. The girl did not live at the home and the dog was not theirs. Investigators do not know how long the girl was dragged. The accident caused serious injuries. It just makes me want to cry. You just hope shes ok, that is she is going to pull through. There is no word on the little girls condition this morning. Kim dacey, wbaltv 11 news. Police say a group of men help keep a suspect at bay. Police say that a man approached a woman while she was shopping for shoes. Sher talking to her, punched her in the face and ran off. People chased him down and held him until officers arrived. The woman was not seriously hurt. He faces robbery, theft, and assault. Three people were sent to the hospital. Vehicles that two hit some trees. One car was driving at a high rate of speed when a driver approached the curb and hit a tree. Moments later a car hit another tree. It appears that speed is one of the factors involved in this both vehicles were known to one another. They were following one vehicle was following another. They failed to negotiate a turn in the roadway. They went off the roadway. Both crashed into trees. The driver is in critical condition. A passenger in the other driver were treated at hospitals. An accident in east baltimore sent four people to the hospital. It happened on sunday afternoon. No word on the condition of any of the victims so far. A helicopter took her to the hospital. Witnesses say she was at a friends yesterday when somehow her service dog got distracted and ended up dragging her. The owner of the home where the accident happened would not go on camera, but said the girl doesnt live there and dog was not his. Investigators do not know how far the girl was dragged. Emergency crews evacuating all 36 guests from two buildings affect fwid sinkhole. All of them accounted for. So injuries reported. The elevator was the first part to go once the ground gave way and about 3 00 this morning the west wing of one of the buildings also tearing away from the rest of the structure. What are you hearing from officials about their concerns of some of the surrounding buildings at this point . At this point, emergency crews deemed the surrounding structures as stable.
