At the trial a government informant testified that the five knew nothing about the plot but in a conspiracy case all are considered linked even if they are not aware of the details. Bill cosbys wife will not have to take the stand in a civil suit against her husband at least for now. A judge in massachusetts postponed the deposition while Camille Cosby appeals an earlier ruling. If she loses her appeal she will be forced to testify in a civil lawsuit from seven women against her husband of 52 years. The deposition could include specific questions about the couples sex life.
