Just one hour ago, the white house announced president obama is removing cuba from a list of state sponsors of terrorism. Find out exactly how this will change things lets go live to nbc 10 National Correspondent steve handlesman in washington to sort it out for us. Steve . Jim, thanks. He says we need you to come outside and show yourself and keep your hands where we can see them. He walked outside to police pointing weapons at him and his house. My heart was beating pretty quick. Let me tell you. It was a scary moment to see what was going on outside my door on an unsuspecting saturday afternoon. He believes he was targeted because of a bill hes sponsoring. It would increase the penalties for swatting. Channel 10 investigated this issue and brought it to my attention.
