Remember yesterday i was showing you these numbers and telling you that today it was going to be reversed. Allentown was going to be the warmer. Theyre at 59 now. Dover, raining and 50. So starting tomorrow it will go back to normal where allentown will be cooler than dover, delaware. And it will stay that way through the weekend. There we are. 59 in allentown. 50 in wilmington and dover. Only 52 in philadelphia. Now, things going to change. Quite a bit as we head through the weekend. By saturday and sunday lots of sunshine at the shore. Not going to be real warm but its also not going it be real windy. A little windier on sunday. That sea breeze coming in off that cool ocean, that has an influence. So dont let that sunshine fool you. You can get a bad sunburn even when its cool outside. The sun is very high this time of the year. Monday memorial day, 78 degrees. Taking any chance of thunderstorms out of the forecast for the shore. Still have it in for the poconos. Then were watching this front, and thats going to determine what kind of weather we get on monday. So sunday is still okay and its getting warmer with the southerly wind. Theres that front developing monday. And thats why i think theres a better chance of some showers in the poconos than anywhere else in the area. On memorial day later in day. The rain ends south and east and clearing by daybreak. 50 degrees for the low in philadelphia. And may not drop too much from where it is right now. Windy and warmer tomorrow but look at the wind. Gusting to 35 miles an hour. Going to be in the mid 70s, though. Then it cools down a bit on saturday especially cool in the morning. Then 10 degrees warmer sunday. 10 degrees warmer than that on monday. Just a chance of a thunderstorm mostly up toward the poconos. And then it really gets hot. 90 degrees tuesday. And near that wednesday and thursday, too. So we really did need that rain today because were not expecting a whole lot in the next week. And people who dont like it that warm in the 90s, they should really enjoy these next few days. Yeah, its going to be really comfortable for friday saturday, sunday. Were already seeing the rain ending in philadelphia area down toward wilmington. This continues to move to the east. Dry air continues to move in. Takes a little while to dry out. And its going to take a long while to dry out at the jersey shore. Theyre getting fairly heavy rain in parts of Cape May County right now. But the back edge of this rain continues to move to the east. And were going to be
