Police say 25yearold Austricio Ramirez, a student pilot was at the controls when they started having engine trouble, he then turned the controls over to instructor 36 year old nelson gomez who force landed the plane into the harbor. Now they along with the fourth passenger, 25yearold wady passenger actually pushed them wouldnt go down with it and then he swam to shore. His mother says shes not giving up. We have some expectation because the body, they didnt find anything, the body or him. I just want whoever can walk around and look for him to bring him back to me. Rescue boats and drivers swarmed the scene right after the crash and Suffolk County police were actually able to rescue the remaining three passengers using kayaks but again they are still searching for that fourth. The search has not covered about 90 square mile over the course of 18 hours, both the police and the coast guard suspended the search last night but they are set to resume that search this morning at 9 00 a.
