Court documents show in total there were 4 case, just days after the officer shot smith, the victim and hagen brown were at a bar watching the protests unfold and drinking heavily. The victim told investigators he remembers little after that. And woke up while hagen brown was assaulting him. This incident the others happened at hagens home on the northside and neighbors are in disbelief. He was a decent guy here with us. We had no problem with him here. He was quiet and stuff. Cbs 58s amanda devoe explains. Mcts is getting a handle on these crimes by adding updated cameras inside and outside buse. Buses. There have been reports of spitting, fighting, death passengers. While mcts says the number of those incidents happening are very small compared to the number of people riding the bus, theyre addressing the concerns in part by installing of the new camera system. More than 400 new cameras will be on all buses. The company says cameras have been used to help police in homicide investigations and other crimes whether its on or off the bus.
