The robbery happened at a gator s dockside restaurant in the Hunters Creek area. Wesh 2 news has learned the suspect was interviewed by a deputy hours before he allegedly robbed the place. Michelle the Operations Manager told us the first thing the suspect did was point a gun to some customers who were sitting on that port to there and tell them not to move. According to the arrest affidavit, the manager placed the money trays on the ground in order to force kerry to bend over and pick them up. When kerry did bend over, the report says, the manager picked up a metal lockbox and whacked kerry in the face with it. Kerry allegedly shot the manager two times, then proceeded to pistol whip the manager in the head as many as four times. Customer i never thought this. Look, i m coming now to eat. I never thought this would happen. Michelle how was the suspect caught so quickly . An Orange County deputy had already questioned kerry earlier in the evening. First named as a person of interest, after 81yearold Julian Gresham was found stabbed to death in his taft home saturday night. In just released paperwork, investigators say they found an 8inch bloody knife in the bottom of a Laundry Basket at the victim s home. The victim s car was gone too. Atm slips were found inside the house, and it s believed cash was taken out after the victim buchan and his girlfriend Tessie Gresham had been living with her father, but after the body was found, they were found in a motel on obt after fire rescue responded to an attempted suicide. Buchan and gresham told authorities, they had attempted suicide. Both were baker acted for Mental Health evaluation. In the motel room, clothes were found with a considerable amount of suspected blood. The report says on monday, a couple called investigators to say they were sold the victim s car on friday, and after they saw the news accounts of the murder, they were afraid to drive it. In the report during buchan s evaluation, buchan stated he had a knife and was covered in blood, but did not remember what happened. And that, he was hearing voices. The report points out that buchan was found not guilty by reason of insanity in the 2007 stabbing of his mother in winter park. Court records obtained by wesh 2 show that the mom lied about giving birth then admitted it, telling officers she did not want the baby, and decided to leave it on the front door step of a random residence but repeatedly stated she doesn t remember which one. Then this morning, richardson appeared indifferent as she faced a judge. Are you awake . Pardon me, i did not hear you. Matt Court Records show this isn t the first time richardson s been arrested. In 2012, she was arrested for aggravated battery with a Deadly Weapon after her boyfriend said she stabbed him. Even though she later admitted that same year she had another Domestic Violence arrest, accused of throwing a brick at her boyfriend and threatening to kill him. In 2009, she was arrested for battery on a Law Enforcement officer. That case was also dropped. The case was dropped but the arrest report notes richardson stopped taking medication for bi polar disorder, schizophrenia, as well as other mental disorders. Court records show she has an eightyearold daughter, but the department of children and families can t reveal if they ve had any prior contact with richardson. They do however have an open investigation into the missing newborn. Dcf officials also say they will take any necessary steps to protect any children in this family. Right now an Osceola County man is behind bars charged with 12 counts of Sexual Battery on a little girl. The investigation into Totaram Singh began late last month. A young girl told police he touched her inappropriately when yesterday singh was brought in for questioning and charged soon after. If convicted, singh could face life in prison. Stewart a Volusia County judge will hear arguments pertaining to the trial of luis toledo this friday. He is the man accused of murdering his wife and her two children.
