The berklee man accused of killing an acquaintance gunning him down at his wareham home monday night. Shooting him in cold blood. Prosecutors say the motive to the murder, jealousy over a woman. He knew the victim mr. Williams. He went on to say that his girlfriend of 25 years had passed away in late january and he had recently discovered that she and the victim had unbeknownst to him prior been involved romantically. Believed when he learned of the relationship after his girlfriends death he went over to the victims home, shooting as well. Mr. Williams was found lying on his floor motionless a short distance from the front trauma to his body. Ten gunshot wounds to his head and upper back area. Anchor that victim was discovered dead in his own home the next day. Prosecutors say what led them to arrest witte was all of the evidence in his home from guns to ammunition and even blood on the District Attorney says the victims family is devastated.
