Its the first step in a possible lawsuit against the city of wauwatosa after a Police Officer shot and killed a man sitting in a car. The family of jay anderson has filed notice it may take legal action against the city. In the . Notificatin has viewed body camera video of the shooting. And claims the victim had his hands in the air when he was shot. It also questions how the Police Department handled the scene after the shooting there was an allegation there was a gun in the vehicle somewhere on the passenger side maybe the passenger seat unfortunately the Wauwatosa Police department after the shooting removed the handgun that they alleged was in the vehicle body camera video recorded about 20 seconds of that fatal would not release the video until the District Attorney decides whether the officer should face any criminal charges. Bond will remain at 1point2 Million Dollars for the man accused of killing his wife with antifreeze back in 2002. Today a Kenosha County judge denied mark jensens request to reduce his bond to 300thousand dollars. Jensen was convicted back in 2008 for the murder of his wife and sentenced to life in prison. However earlier this year the conviction was overturned. And jensen has been seeking bail while wait that is set to begin early next year. In the document, it says anderson was and then woke up anderson in his car. The video does show is mr anderson had his hands in the air. Looking at it appears theres at least 2 time that his hands are above his head that are above his head come down it looks as though he is passing out or falling asleep the second time that happened, the officer opened fire.
