She has been diagnosed as having paranoid schizophrenia, and her two children, jacob and sarah, ages two and three, when missing one by one over a twoday period. When confronted, she ran off and she has not been seen since. There has been no trace of little sarah hoggle and jacob hoggle. No tips, lead, or little evidence to indicate whether they are dead or alive, leaving detectives to consider all possibilities.
