She did testify she does not remember having sex with tate. Another Court Marshal has been scheduled in this case, its scheduled for january 15th. Today the family of the suspected gunman expressed their sympathy to the victims. Now were learning more about a letter in the suspects bag. The letter says he made the conscious decision to try to kill. It also talks about how easy it is to get a gun inside an airport. Now, this incident is raising questions about Airport Security. X. Reporter theyre now calling for tsa agents to carry firearms on the job. Were not advocating at this time that all 45,000 officers be armed. We believe that creating a layer of security within tsa where there are Law Enforcement officers at tsa that are, would provide like a nationwide Law Enforcement force to back up our officers and secure those checkpoints is something that needs to be examined. Reporter global Aviation Security agent says arming tsa officers would be a mistake but he agrees an armed Police Officer should be present at the checkpoints. There was a dedicated person, carrying a firearm in this location who is familiar and well trained among others would be with behavior detection techniques we would have been in a much better position. A mother is out on bail today after being charged in the death of her two monthold. Police say 22yearold morales was intoxicated and lost consciousness while trying to breastfeed her daughter. When morales woke up the child was found unresponsive underneath her. The baby was pronounced dead at the hospital. Morales is charged with manslaughter and Second Degree child abuse. Tens of millions of the dollars are at stake still no word from the verdict. What damages will be charged on a man for an improper medical procedure. Reporter a Townsend University community on alert after a 24yearold student is viciously stabbed just blocks away from campus. Authorities are investigating the attack as a possible robbery of a cell phone. Thats the message that the university sent out to students. Its unfortunate, a life for a cell phone does not add up. Reporter Baltimore County police say the victim was walking near burke and center avenue when two suspects described as thin black males attacked hip and one of them stabbed the student several times in the torso. Whilepolice say the students phone was missing he was so severely injured he could not tell them exactly what happened. Its possible its a result of a robbery. Until were able to talk to him about what happened we cant positively verify that this was a robbery. Reporter after being stabbed the victim made a desperate move to get help. We were disappointed that an instruction that was not given that will allow this jury to determine whether or not there was spousal abuse in this particular case. Reporter pieces are all thats best of this cessna 182 after it collided midair with another cessna that was supposed to be flying behind it. Sky dive instructor Mike Robinson was preparing to jump from the first plane when he heard a loud bang and saw a fiery flash. Were all on a step just getting ready to leave the aircraft when they collided. Reporter robinson says somehow the second plane ended up directly above his. It clipped the cessnas right wing. 10 seconds later the left wing broke off and the fuselage began spiraling toward the ground. The impact of the collision had sent the sky divers into immediate free fall. Everybody got out safely. The pilot got out safely. Used his emergency parachute and landed. Reporter five divers jumped from the second plane and that pilot landed safely. All nine jumpers and the two pilots walked away without serious injuries. Its definitely a reminder of the danger of the sport that we all love. And it is a dangerous. It can be a dangerous sport it usually is not. We were just lucky this time. Reporter the federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation safety board are investigating what caused the collision.
