The owner of the home where the injuries allegedly happened is now in custody on other charges. The attorney general s Office Released autopsy results into the death of 11monthold shawn sylvester, who was injuried this the ag s Office Confirms that he head trauma. Investigators also say that 29yearold tommy page, the owner of the home where the injuries happened, has been arrested and charged with 23 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. Peter hinckley we are talking about two separate investigations at this point in time, and both of those investigations are open and because both are ongoing, i am very limited at what our office can share. Kristen the ag s office says the images display visual representation of an infant male child engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Peter hinckley i cannot divulge anything beyond what is charged in the criminal complaint against him, which are 23 counts. Kristen a close family friend was in court friday saying he was there representing shawn s father. Austin just shock really, that is what is comes down to, i just can t believe it really happened. Kristen Austin Perthel says that shawn s mother and father are separated and had joint custody of him. Austin he is in rough shape. Him to keep his head up. He needs to stay strong for his son. Kristen perthel says that shawn s father is looking for justice. Austin it is just sad to think that someone could do that to a child, and that is what it comes down to. Just hours after investigators released surveillance pictures of a person of interest in the murder of Michael Pitman, a swat team executed a search warrant and took the man into custody. Wmur s ray brewer was in court as the accused was charged in the november 3rd deadly s wife was here in court to see the man accused of killing her husband, however , kerryann pitman didn t want to say anything after the hearing in which Michael Younge was charged with first degree murder. With his attorney by his side, younge stood as he was accused of shooting and killing Michael Pitman with a single shot to the torso. The shooting happened back on november 3. Pitman shot at 472 granite street as he was working on his car. Younge was arrested last evening. The arrest came shortly after the attorney general s office had released a picture showing, what appears to be younge at a Convenience Store in the area prior to the shooting. Last night in a related development, police burst into a home at 63 dartmouth street. Officials have said it is connected to pitman s murder but haven t said what if anything they found. While authorities aren t commenting on a possible motive, they have said that pitman shooting was not random, hence the charge of first degree murder, not Second Degree murder. Difference in the mental state, so to prove first degree murder, you have to prove purposely, which includes premeditation and deliberation.
