Ford diagnosed with stage four Breast Cancer in 2012. She fought hard, and was the one consoling mets player after they ford passes away at 44 leaving her husband jawrn john and two young children. A weight of social media posts after they announced her passing. Joe of the new york record tweeted hard to believe shannon ford passed away. Ive known her since early 90s.
