Both were standing outside his vehicle at the time of the shoo. In his vehicle and led them on a highspeed chase. Sisters were trying to change a tire when their lives were changed forever. Saturday night 27yearold Tanisha Matthews and 23yearold Asia Matthews were on the right berm of 480 near state road and the car disabled. The highway p were outside changing the tire and investigators say 48yearold clark justin drifted to the right side of the highway and struck both sisters and both thrown to the car. Justin fled.
