Police in philadelphia are investigating a deadly double shooting in the cities overbrook section. It happened this afternoon just after 2 30 near edgemore and oxford street. Police say a 26 yearold man was shot in the back and died at penn presbyterian. Other victim was also taken there in critical condition. So far no arrests in this case. And police in philadelphia are looking for two young men after a 26 yearold was shot in the leg, in center city early this morning. According to officials a confrontation started in front of the wawa right there on broad and walnut where the suspect asked the victim if he wanted to buy drugs. Victim reportedly said no, twice. The suspects responded by punching the victim in the face. Victim then started to chase after the suspects but was shot about a block away. Now for latest in the investigation in the rescue of 12 girls from a home in bucks county. Yesterday we learned that a one of those girls had been quote gifted to the man who lived there. Today investigators were combing the home for clues to find out exactly what was going on inside that house. Reporter walter, just a few minutes ago we heard from robert hoops, director for Public Safety for lower southampton township. He said investigators are still meticulously going through each room of this house. They will be here for a few more hours tonight and likely tomorrow as well, cadaver dogs were going through the property today, he says, to his knowledge, they have not found anything in terms of any bodies. Authorities have been here at the home of lee kaplan all day searching for evidence, county detectives, search dogs, state the police, all here to make sure they have not missed anything after 12 girls were taken from the home. Authorities blocked off old street road as vehicle after vehicle arrived to help with the investigation. The search dogs went through the property, looking for evidence, neighbors watched it all, still in disbelief. If i saw anything suspicious i would have called somebody, like you know, kids are, you know, molding stone you cannot hurt them. They are so innocent. Reporter chopper six flew over property as investigators worked the from the air we could see them marking small flags in the area of the backyard away from the home. Investigators say small holes in that area two vehicles were seized a blue van and white car. Basically what were doggies search and collecting evidence and process the crime scene. Reporter David Heckler left the scene without making any comments on camera refusing to answer questions about what was found on the property or about why this situation wasnt discovered earlier when neighbors tell us they called Police Multiple Times in the past. All this comes two days after the house was raided by officers who found 12 girls, living there, ranging in age from 18 years to six months. Police say that the home owner, 51 yearold lee kaplan had sex with and the fathered two children with the 18 yearold who was just 14 when her parents Daniel Stoltzfus and his wife gifted them to them. Those children are three and six months old. According to police, kaplan helped stoltzfus out of financial ruin after they had a falling out with the amish church. Stoltzfus are claiming remain girls in the home as their children but police are working to confirm that since they have no Social Security card or birth certificates. We are interviewing these kid over the next couple of days, we didnt really talk to them a whole lot, just process that we use, to respect their culture, the dates of these kid, we want to make sure they are welk taken care of. Reporter now, while robert hoops said authorities did receive calls about the home, those calls were not for child abuse and they did not have enough evidence to go into the home. Children found in the home are in the custody of bucks county children and youth, kaplan as well as stoltzfuss are now locked up in the bucks county jail.
