This short instagram clip appears to show the route 57 driver pour water on a passenger then strike her in the face twice. Septa police tell action news this happened friday while the bus was stopped near rising sun and duncannon offers in the citys olney section. Officials believe the incident stemmed from a fare dispute. The woman in the video has yet to file a report. Septa police are now asking that passenger or anyone who knows who she is to contact them to help with their investigation. Hm. Philadelphia police are looking for a robbery suspect who targeted an accident victim earlier this month. The 25yearold man was sitting in his car following a fenderbender near west tioga street back on december 4th. Monday night monica is off Sharrie Williams is joining us and the big story on action news is breaking news out of center city where a 75yearold man was found dead inside of a hotel. The victims body was taken out of the roadway inn just a short time ago and police are calling the mans death suspicious. Action News Reporter dann cuellar is live at the scene on the 1200 block of walnut street. Dan, what can you tell us. Reporter sharrie, homicide and crime scene investigators have been going in and out of the roadway inn here at 1208 walnut. They continue to look into what happened. Heres what we know right now. Just before noon a housekeeper made the discovery he in a fifth floor hotel room. Police say a 75yearold man was found lying on the floor face up with a cloth wrapped tightly around his neck. How that came to be is under investigation. Now, its unclear if there had been any other guests in the hotel room. Detectives have been looking at Surveillance Footage to see if anyone else entered that room in the hours before the discovery was made. So far hotel staff and others have been questioned but no one has been taken into custody. As you can imagine, some hotel guests have been taken aback with all the goings on here at the roadway inn on walnut.
