About 6 30 this evening, police got a 911 call from a man who said he had just been shot. When officers arrived at the home on clement road, they found a 49yearold man with a gunshot wound in his abdomen. He was not alone in this house. The victim was there and his child was there. Reporter ages . The victim, i believe, is 47 and i believe the child is either 6 or 8. Reporter officers were able to get some information from the victim before he was taken into surgery. From what we know, there was a knock at the door. The suspects were at the front door, there seems to have been some type of conversation. At that point we dont know what happened after that. We havent been able to talk to the victim, hes in surgery. Reporter crime scene anal t analysts have seized potential evidence from the home and they believe he may have had a car waiting nearby. Reporter an internet search showed the victim ran a homebased Therapeutic Massage business. His son is with friends tonight and was not physically harmed. Thanks, jackie.
