A Teaching Hospital and it is all part of what the county executive is calling the new downtown largo. Lets look at some of the rendering of this new facility. It is going to cost 543 million. It is going to be built on the site of the boulevard at the shopping center. This process, as you mentioned, has taken a few years in fact, the county had to scale back the project by 100 million in order to get this project approved. The county executive says that this hospital is going to be the anchor for new development here in largo. He is envisioning medical offices, office space, shopping centers, already were seeing condos popping up all over this area and it is also right by the largo metro center.
