It shows angles from Police Dash Cam of 17yearold Laquan Mcdonald before a Police Officer shot and killed him. In the video, you can see the officer drive through the parking lot as he chases mcdonald down. After mcdonald was shot no officer sees if hes okay. Theres no audio on any of the tapes, so we dont know what police are saying. In my experience, i never had a case with an audio recording. That was an attorney for the mcdonald family. He wants more information including why it took so long for that video to be released. A man who jumped the white house fence is facing criminal charges. The white house was on lockdown for several hours yesterday after Joseph Caputo jumped the newly upgraded fence wearing an American Flag. He had a binder in his teeth. President obama and his family were inside for the holiday. Caputo was arrested by secret Service Agents after taking just a few steps on the front lawn but not before raising his arms in triumph. News 4 Megan Fitzgerald has more on caputo and a photo that was taken outside the white house a few days ago. That is coming up in 30 minutes. This is the seventh time in two years that someone jumped the white house fence. The most serious attempt was last september when Omar Gonzalez made it all the way into the white house carrying a knife. Norton wants the secret service to brief her next week on what happened. Fairfax county police are trying to find andre wilkins, hes suspected of killing a man and wounding two others.
