You can find it in any Grocery Store in the freezer or baking section. How do you keep it together . Good question. I want you to keep mixing that for me. This . Okay. You want to put the mayonnaise. Heres a couple eggs for a pound of crab. You want to add a little bit of milk, if you need it. Probably about a quarter or half cup. Mix this all up. A little pinch of salt. The other seasoning were using is green mango powder. Thats going to give it a fruity tang. Want to refrigerate it. Its hard to keep crab cakes together. Thats why youre adding all that egg and stuff. You want to take an ice cream scoop. Youre going to flatten this. You do this after you chilled it. You can even make these patties ahead so that when youre cooking the crab cakes theyre all ready to go. You dont want to compress these too much and make them dense. You want to dredge them in some bread crumbs so you get the extra crispy crust. Another tip i have is that you want to use two spatulas so you dont splatter the oil. Lay these were using canola oil. And you can also test and see if the oil is hot enough by just dropping a little kernel of corn, that will take five or six minutes. Here is a dipping sauce. Its made with mint, thank you. So those were the three items we checked for bacteria. The tv remote, the toy and the ip ipad. For the tv remote, the good news is that we did find two different kinds of bacteria. One commonly found in the mouth. We were talking about the kids probably put it into their mouth. There was evidence of that. None of the bacteria on the remote causes human disease. Lets go to the toy. Thats the big one. Three different bacteria there. One is a staph thats on the skin. Not harmful. Another was a strep, not harmful. We also found staph aureus. When it causes infection, it can range from Skin Infections to more serious bloodbourn infections. The last one, we have the ipad. The ipad also, we found two bacteria commonly found in water and soil and dont cause disease. We were actually pleasantly surprised by the findings. In spite of the fact that these are places where we do find a lot of more dangerous bacteria, like e. Coli. We didnt find it here. Am i right in saying that staph is on our skin all the time, around us all the time . About 1 3 of the population well, there are different kinds of staph. The one that causes disease is found in 1 3 of the population. It is when you get a break in the skin that it can cause infection. Okay. Excellent question, nick.
