without pay. he' s being held in botetourt county jail without bond.### a woman is dead following a it happened around 9:45 tuesday night on route 697 a mile east of route 626. the car ran off the the left side of the road and struck a tree. according to state police ... the driver ... 52 year old angela dalton was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene. the crash remains under the suspected gang members accused of killing waynesboro reserve police captain kevin quick, the case is now in the hands of 12 jurors. four suspects are charged with the murder of waynesboro reserve campaign reached out but the date wasn't available. today trump is speaking at the regents university presidential forum in virginia beach. meanwhile... former president bill clinton comes to virginia to campaign for his wife, hillary. he's expected to visit richmond and northern virginia. this comes after democratic candidate bernie sanders made a stop in norfolk tuesday. he touched on a wide range of issues including unemployment works for everyone. ### we've been closely following the caucus and primary elections in key states over the past month. w-s-l-s 10's erin brookshier had more on
