Oxon hill station and agreed to a test and then refused to complete it he blew into the machine once and when k provide a second sample he refused. Police protocol requires two samples for a successful test. And an accurate reading of drivers blood alcohol content. When we reached mr. Caldwell by phone today and asked about the report, he told us he thought the machine was broken and declined to comment further. Last week, Charles Caldwell told fox5 that he had not refused to take a breathalyzer test and police made a mistake in arresting him. However, prince George County police say caldwell failed a field sobriety test outside mgm which a source says was captured on Police Cruiser dashcam raxt in our initial interview with the chairman of county liquor board caldwell said hes almost 7 years old and unsteady on his feet and said the incident was being blown out of proportion heres what the police said about caldwells arrest. Reporter the finding that individual hearings in Arlington Immigration Court were scheduled out to 024 thats eight years from now, was shocking. Our initial request found that 380 hearings wring sketched in 023 and 2024 and think about where where you are life will be in seven or eight years. Thats how long hundreds of individuals were scheduled to wait for their hearing in immigration court. A new request submitted just months later revealed a surprising result. All 30 hearings praev yutsly scheduled for 2023 and 2024 were gone. Where this did they go . Crystal remade with a simple cases in the out years were brought forward. When pushed for more details i was given little how were the court dates changed and why were they changed. If you look over my shoulder you can see behind me police theres a gate in front of the Public Charter School. I have been at this school for other stories and i can tell you the gate is usually on and we were able to walk right in. Now, in this incident a man was shot as he dropped after he dropped off his girlfriend and her child. Were told that someone in a goldcolored lexus pulled a fire and a bullet hit him in the arm and fwraized stomach and the man was able to run noodz the school during school hours with teachers and students inside. Thankfully the teachers and students and everyone that man is expected to survive. And but still police are trying to piece together a little about what happened and what i can tell you is Police Believed the suspect the shooter and victim knew each other and there was some kind of domestic dispute.
