But his gun jammed possibly saving many lives. 3 walter it happened in jacksonville. The Sheriffs Office says 34year to work at jacksonville gun. But as he aimed to open fire on his coworkers. The gun jammed several times. It eventually went off. Hitting one coworker, who still managed to run for help. Cameau then locked himself in a room and took his own life. The Sheriffs Office is still trying to figure out a motive. They working at the business for less than a month. 3 it looks like lawmakers a big deadline today. They worked late last night, to wrap up negotiations on the 80 billion dollar state budget. They needed to finish today. To keep the session on schedule. State law requires a 72hour cooling off period before a final vote. And thats now set to happen on friday. 3 and lawmakers just reached another big decision. The Senate Passed a new medical marijuana bill. It expands a law that allowed Cancer Patients and people with chronic seizures, like epilepsy, to use a weaker form of the drug. There was some disagreement though, over the limited number of nurseries allowed to grow 2014 law, only five growers could make the cut. Several nurseries filed a lawsuit over that limiit. The new bill allows additional licenses to be granted, for nurseries whose win their court challenge. The bill is now awaiting the governors signature. 3 and florida once again has a Death Penalty. Governor rick scott signed the revised Capital Punishment bill into law monday. It requires at least ten out of someone to death. The previous law required only seven jurors. The new law also prevents judges from imposing the sentence.
