But before she got away from him, he was showing her pictures of other girls, that he said he did the same things to after kidnapping off the street. So, authorities believe, he then drove here to philadelphia, just last wednesday, to flee to virginia authorities, who they think he had that same car, that we saw on the surveillance, and that we saw last night, finally, on flatbed truck, again, with the back window blown out with plastic covering it, that carlesha had kicked out. 5atf agents surrounded the car, saw carlesha alive, and got this guy in custody. Agent at that point moved in, utilized one of their vehicles to block him, to prevent him from leaving the parking area, then announce their presence to him, gave him verbal commands, anding it him into custody without incident.
