temperatures they're going to dip even lower overnight. good evening every body, i'm joyce evans. >> meteorologist monica cryan. it will get pretty low. >> it really is. we're talking temperatures in the teens through the overnight. some areas even near single digits. we didn't have much of a warmup today staying into the 30s. but feeling more like the 20s. in the city for the overnight, 17 degrees. for the suburbs 13. further north you go actually once again could be a few areas that drop into the single digi digits. clear but cold for tonight. those winds now we had gusty winds earlier today they're starting to calm down but we still have wind chill as a factor. for the forecast. here's a look at our current temperature. 24 degrees in philadelphia. temperature in wildwood 28. wrightstown 21. and reading into the low 20s as well. but you factor in that wind, that northerly wind, so cold really biting at the skin. it feels like it's 11 degrees in philadelphia. trenton feels like the single digits allentown same kind of thing. at about 7 degrees. so make sure you bundle up. you'll need to be bundled up all the way into tomorrow. especially in the morning it's going to be a cold start through about 9:00 o'clock, noontime 33 degrees but it does have some nice sunshine. not going to do much for a warmup at least we've got nice sunshine to look forward to. temperatures into the upper 30s and not as breezy tomorrow. joyce. i've got look at the full forecast coming up in a bit. >> happening now a philadelphia child is recovering tonight after a dramatic rescue in west oak lane. firefighters rushed into a row home engulfed in flames for that live-saving mission. several fire companies were called out to fight those flam flames. our sabina kuriakose is live at the scene tonight. sabina, what's happening? >> joyce, crews are still on the scene here still very very active. now, firefighters rushed into the second floor of a row home here to save a child trapped inside. >> don't cry, don't cry, don't crying she'll be all right, okay. >> friends of the young girl caught inside this row home fire pray for her recover reach firefighters say around 6:30 saturday evening on the 6500 block of north bow eighty three street philly's finest risked their lives to pull a child and both parents to safety. >> companies made an aggressive effort to save young child on the second floor where companies actually went above the fire through the second floor windows to get to this child. >> reporter: crews arrived win minutes of getting emergency call but already the fire inside was fully raging. firefighter as tacked the flames on the first floor. but quickly realized young child was still inside and upstairs bedroom. officials would not say how old the victim is or the extent of the injuries. but friends we spoke with say they rushed the scene when they heard it was classmate's house on fire. >> to see her like that it's hard. >> it took 11 companies nearly half an hour to put out the fire. along with the young girl's friends and family deputy commissioner anthony says the heroes who pulled her to safety now pulling for the child's recovery as well. >> they went above the fire while companies were doing an aggressive interior attack, and, you know, it says a lot about philadelphia's fire department. >> reporter: now the child is in critical but stable conditi condition. the parents are expected to be released from the hospital tonight and as you can see around here crews are still on the scene that's because the investigation into exactly what caused this fire continues. joyce back to you. >> thank you sabina. police have identified the victim who was killed in a hit-and-run and then hit again in pottstown. police say 24-year-old donald prunell was walking to work around 8:00 along but ruin hundred new shoemaker road. that's when somebody driving a dark-colored pickup truck hit him. that driver took off and then another car hit prunell. that driver stopped and called police. police say he died right there at the scene. if you saw anything that may help police they want to hear from you. it was two years ago that a philadelphia police officer walked into a robbery in progress and jumped into action. tonight he's being remembered for giving his live to defend others. family, community members, brothers and sisters in blue gathering in north philadelphia to remember sergeant robert wilson, iii. he was 30 years old when he opened fire on armed robbers inside a game stop. he had run inside that store to buy a gift for his son. today the crowd lined up outside the 22nd police district where wilson worked. the group releasing balloons after his grandmother said a prayer. >> he was lot of fun. he always liked -- you always liked to have him around. when he wasn't at the house you'd miss him. if you cook, he eight. he'd have us come around and e eat. >> rob's last conversation was about life. and what we going to do in the future. and he didn't have a chance to fulfill that. i had the chance. take everything more seriously. >> report wilson or sergeant wilson was an eight year veteran of the force. vermont senator bernie sander social security in mississippi tonight where he joined a pro union rally at a nissan auto plant. the senator is calling on the japanese automaker to drop its opposition to workers union ey eyeing. sanders joined other groups including the naacp in challenging the company to allow workers the right to decide whether to join the united auto workers union at the plant in canton, mississippi. sanders said workers had been threatened with layoffs if they vote in favor of joining the union, and they've been forced to attend anti union meetings. nissan denies these allegations. >> the reason that we see opposition to unions here in mississippi and in fact all over the country is because unions work in providing increased wages and benefits. >> workers at 42 of nissan's 45 plants worldwide are union knifed but not at the three facilities in mississippi and tennessee. philadelphia police are looking for a missing man tonight. his family says he may be suffering from dementia. rivera was last seen on februarl hospital. that's on the 100 block of east lehigh avenue. he was released from the hospital. he has been seen since. if you may have seen him, please give police a call. >> another missing person in philadelphia tonight. a woman from germantown. police are looking for 27-year-old stephanie delgado. she was last seen near her home on thursday on the 200 block of seymour street. she was wearing a gray and purple coat. police believe that she may have been with man named christian. a car plunges off a cliff landing on its roof and the teen inside survives. what police say the time of day may have helped safe that teen's life. plus, a drug maker's price gouging when it comes to a life-saving medication. is it so? well, we'll tell you how through what's left after a deadly explosion at a house near mexico city. officials say fireworks were being made inside the house. and that a build up of gas may have set it off. four people were killed in the blast including two children ages six and 11. six other people were hurt. some of them have cuts and bur burns. a teenager speeding away from police crashes down a cliff on to a beach below and surviv survives. the car came to a stop on its roof as you can see here. this is just outside boston. police say the 19-year-old driver was speeding when an officer tried to pull him over. police say they backed off after the chase became too dangerous. they say he drove through a guardrail and went off the road about 2 miles down the road. witnesses say firefighters had to use the jaws of life to dig the young man out and he came up the hill wearing a neck brace. >> he was conscious. >> yeah. >> look good. >> that's surprising. big drop. >> it's very big drop. i just think it's crazy to survive something like that. it's just unreal. >> the young man was last reported in stable condition tonight. police are not sure why he did not pull over but they say he is really lucky because if it had been a different time of day the car would have been underwater. well back here at home, firefighters in north philadelphia were called out to a factory building fire this was on north american and west comer land streets to night. the fire was placed under control just before 8:30 and nobody was hurt. no word yet on what caused the fire. in your money tonight the price of a life-saving drug is sky rocketing. patients who depend on insulin may have seen the price of the drug double in the last few years. now lawmakers investigating if some drug makers are racking up huge profits. while risking patient's lives. fox's rob lowe reports. >> reporter: more than 29 million americans rely on their daily insulin. there are three major brands. competition keep prices not with insulin if one wrapped raises its price the other two quickly follow. every day about five or sick times a day, scott tests his blood sugar. he's lived with insulin dependent diabetes for 30 years. >> i use ten vials every 90 days $3,000. 310. that's $12,000 a year just to stay alive. >> reporter: he wears a pump delivers insulin throughout the day. every day. his insurance hasn't protec prod him from price increases. >> the customer has no voice really because they have no choice. and i think that's the part that's really disjointed this is not place for them to say they have no choice, they have to have it to survive. the insurance companies will p pay. let's jack the price through the roof. >> reporter: mark herder also row lies on insulin. >> give myself a shot once a day at bedtime. >> reporter: 74-year-old is on medicare but that only pay as percentage. >> last september, when i purchased the same thing, it costs me approximately $700 out of my pocket. >> you make the treatment look great when you're able to lose weight. >> repki moneywho are in with pharmaceutical managers who negotiate the errs can that exactly a product, a medical product and then from there reaching the patient. >> reporter: here's what patients have seen in the last five years. the price of top-selling insul insulins have more than doubled. a vile costs $254 last year. compared to $122.5 years ago. $248 last year, 2,011 the cost was $114. >> in 25 years of technology and advancements and processing, how can the price of something be ten times higher when the formula is sift tent for so long and worked so well? i think it's a crime. >> reporter: patients and doctors are not the only ones scrutinizing dramatic price increases. lawmakers and the american diabetes association are also concerned about price hikes. >> it's a very complicated system. but so it's easy for everybody to point the finger at everybody else. we really need to get the facts and we'll be able to figure out legislative solutions. >> reporter: den very congresswoman diane be get tells us she's calling for congressional hearings to gather those facts. >> the pharmaceutical companies will tell you when we have more complex insulins we have insulin that does a better job, and so on. and that's wonderful for diabetics. but not if they can't afford it. >> reporter: the american diabetes association has launch add petition calling for access to affordable insulin. so far it's collected 190,000 signatures to share with congress but changes can't happen quick enough for the millions of americans who use insulin to keep them alive. >> they push the price to fatten their own covers and the probl problems there are so many people, unlike myself, that you just can't afford to keep going up and going up and going up because, um, your income doesn't go up. your ability to earn doesn't go up. >> something needs to be done and i think it boils down to the moral conscious of the companies, you know, make your money somewhere else. that was fox's rob lowe reporting for us tonight. a federal lawsuit accuses the three insulin makers of cole lewd to go raise their prices and the drug makers, they all deny the
