Hospital has now been ruled a homicide. 74yearold James Mcbride was killed after he struggled with two security guards at Medstar Washington Hospital Center while he was wearing nothing but a hospital gown. He died of a broken neck. D. C. Police say the case is still being investigated and theyre going to release more details once their work is complete. The two guards were fired after the incident. Were waiting to learn more about a deadly accident on i95 in Fairfax County. Police say a car crashed into the southbound lanes near the ex 169 in fran can crow. Franconia. One person was killed and we do not know if anyone else was hurt or details on what caused the accident. Investigators are still trying to figure out why a man barricaded himself in a Georgetown Office for seven hours yesterday afternoon. The standoff started around 3 00 p. M. In the 3000 block of k street northwest. The man eventually surrendered peacefully and was taken into custody. Fortunately no one was injured. The woman is now facing arson charges. 34yearold april newell of Landover Hills has been charged with setting a fire at the same house the day before. Now officials are calling into question newells condition in the photo. While she appeared unconscious at the time, paramedics were never really convinced she was ever unconscious.
