Its more than weve seen in a while. Here comes the heavy stuff all day on wednesday. Not only during the Morning Hours but the evening as well. 1 to 2 inches of rain is what you can expect on average across the area. So heres our first band of shower on the way and heavier rain back up to 64. Well start with the light stuff. Theres a lot of dry air in place. Well see widespread, light rain through the evening hours. Still light for the most part. Here comes the heavy stuff. First thing tomorrow morning it will be a very wet commute. Pockets of heavier rain holding off farther south and west. As we head through the afternoon, there will be embedded thunderstorms with the showers as well. For your drive home on wednesday, we are going to see some heavy rain out there as well. So light rain, a lot of consistent light rain mixed in with heavy rain. Now, after the drive home tomorrow during the evening hours, there will be moments of drier weather but were not done with the rain just yet.
