CINCINNATI â Poverty eased its grip on Greater Cincinnatiâs children in 2019, according to new estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau.
The latest American Community Survey found that 16.8% of children across the Tri-State â nearly 86,000 kids -- lived below the federal poverty level last year.
