Police say 20-year-old Marquis Thompson is wanted by the Texarkana Arkansas Police for shooting the same man in the leg last week but on the Arkansas side of town. They haven't issued a warrant for him in this case yet, but are concerned that these two incidents are connected.. Thompson already had a couple felony warrants before this - for violating his probation on an aggravated assault conviction where he shot someone in the back - and another for stalking/intimidation.
