The Nebraska men’s and women’s cross country teams were both honored with USTFCCCA All-Academic Awards for the 2020-21 season on Thursday. Under Head Coach
David Harris, the Husker women earned a 3.715 team GPA, while the Big Red men compiled a team GPA of 3.539.
Erika Freyhof (nutrition and health sciences) were also honored as All-Academic individuals. In order to qualify for the individual honor, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 and finish in the top-25 (or 10 percent) at regionals or as an All-American in the national meet.
