Two kidnapping suspects arrested in Wisconsin waive extradition, will return to Indiana

DODGEVILLE, Wis. -- Two of the three people arrested in Iowa County in connection with a multistate kidnapping agreed on Tuesday to waive their extradition rights and return to Indiana.
