Two routes in Sutherland remain impassable due to snow and ice

Roads in Sutherland are still affected by the wintry conditions with two routes currently closed.
Highland Council say that the single-track A897 which runs from Helmsdale to Halladale Bridge, east of Melvich, is not passable at the moment.

And also shut is the A894 from Skiag Bridge, north of Inchnadamph and on to Scourie and Laxford Bridge.
