Veteran homelessness is down, and Indianapolis is applying lessons learned

The city of Indianapolis is still a long way off from ending homelessness but one section of the population has experienced some success. The number of veterans counted in an annual assessment recorded a 35 percent drop in numbers. Now advocates hope to learn from lessons in efforts to end homelessness.
