Virginia Supreme Court reinstates Loudoun prosecutor removed by judge

The Virginia Supreme Court reinstated Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj on a criminal burglary case Thursday after a judge removed her when he was dissatisfied with a plea deal her office reached.
