Volfovich: All procedures regarding Belarus' accession to SCO are completed

The work to settle all procedural matters regarding Belarus’ accession
to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has been completed, State
Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich told
