The Valentine Police Department Week in Review:
March 7 – 13, 2021
On 03/09/2021 at 9:57 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of west 4
th Street. A 48 year old male and a 36 year old male, both from South Dakota, were arrested on active Cherry County warrants.
On 03/09/2021 at 11:05 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of north Cherry Street. Following an investigation, a 51 year old South Dakota man was arrested on suspicion of operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
On 03/10/2021 at 2:53 pm, an officer received a call from a 47 year old South Dakota woman who admitted to falsifying multiple police reports. All information was forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney.
