Zilla Parishad (ZP) members from
Wagholi have made a bold demand that they be served an overall development plan and a special budget for the village before it is merged with
Pune Municipal Corporation (
PMC). Non-comital, municipal commissioner Vikram Kumar has offered to place the proposal for a spec ial budget, separate from that for other villages slated for merger, before the civic body’s standing committee.
