Bhopal, March 11 (IANS) On the occasion of Maha Shivratri on Thursday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan offered special prayers at the Badwale Mahadev temple here and also pulled the chariot during the 'Shiv Baraat' procession.
