A Welshpool manufacturing firm is set to take on new staff as part of an expansion drive.
Invertek Drives, who employ around 240 staff at their headquarters in Buttington, near Welshpool, are recruiting more production staff as the company continues to expand following a period of record growth.
The company, which designs and manufactures variable frequency drives (VFD) used to control electric motors, has reported record sales and growth in 2020 and the first quarter of 2021.
Bosses at the company now say they are recruiting more Assembly Production Operatives and a Logistics Operative in order to keep up with demand for its products globally.
