WEST FARGO — City commissioners are moving quickly to get $25 gift cards to be used at West Fargo businesses into the hands of residents.
On Monday, Jan. 18, Attorney Jon Shockley drafted a temporary ordinance to sunset on Dec. 31 that allows the city to create the program and use federal COVID-19 relief funds to implement it. The city has been reimbursed for more than $4 million in COVID-19 expenses, but it has not used that much.
